If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.

We are not responsible for delays, damage, or issues caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or failure to retrieve packages promptly after delivery.
